Our steakhouse welcomes both hotel guests and day-visitors and offers a simple menu that pays tribute to the cattle raised on our dehesa (farming estate). Here we grill the best cuts from our RETWAGYU meat (a cross between the Retinta and Wagyu breeds) that is produced exclusively on our estate and is a must-eat on a food holiday in Extremadura.
And for a midday snack or at any other time of the day, our tapas bar offers mouth-watering tapas and Iberian acorn-fed hams and sausages, cured in the Sierra de Gata mountains and made with the pigs raised on our dehesa. Our very own products are sold at our delicatessen, along with our award-winning organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil under the Cigüeña Negra label.
