They are completely free of non-natural pesticides and fertilisers. The smells and flavours of our extra virgin olive oil with the Cigüeña Negra label come from land that is treated with love, from the unique Manzanilla Cacereña variety -native variety from the Sierra de Gata mountains- and from hard work and growing engineering techniques that control the entire production cycle.
